Consistency fund

The consistency fund, is a European project of co - investing in innovative projects.

Theoretically Poland is Entitled for the years 2021- 2027 for 76 billion EUR from that fund.

Thus being the biggest beneficiary of that fund in Europe.

There are however some doubts cast over the actual reception of those funds.

The reason is the same causing delay in obtaining the KPO fund.

In the view of the European commission the lack of Judicial independence

in Poland contradicts the EU treaty and therefore inhibits transfer of funds

to Poland. The Sejm have already voted on a law amending the law concerning Polish

supreme court. in order to align the law with European standards. However the president

of Poland Andrzej Duda have referred the amended law to a decision of the Constitutional

Tribunal as to constitutionality of the act. So far no judgement have been issued.

Currently Poland receives advanced payments. doubt is being cast with respect to money

to be owed, after the supply of final invoices.
