amendment in computing budgetary debt

Poland is to consolidate all debts, incurred by the state, into its budget.

Until now, at least 1/3 of the state expenditure, was not included in the assessment

of expenditure in the national budget.

This move will align Poland, with new rules, to be issued by the EU, concerning the method

of computing budgetary expenditure, in it`s members respective budgets.

Using the new method, of computing the polish accumulated debt, in relation to its GDP

will amount to 53.2% of annual GDP. Compared to 40.1% which is the current number.
